Semi-automatic attaching machine

Developed by Dmark for industrial scale garment production, Dmark’s Semi-Automatic Attaching Machine is suitable for attaching DMS Fasteners to all types of apparel. Its flexible design enables rapid die mould changes for attaching press fasteners of different types, and is especially suitable for manufacturing applications requiring fasteners of various shapes and sizes.

The built-in pressure compensator activates automatically, adjusting the attachment pressure according to various thickness of the foundation material to ensure the correct application force of each attachment.

It utilizes basic mechanical principles making it simple to operate, easy to maintain, and extremely reliable. Fitted with the laser light positioning beam and finger guard options, it enhances operator safety and production efficiency.
