In house laboratory
TO FACILITATE QA and QC process in the production line, Dmark invested our own in-house laboratory for internal quality checks and verification. We have equipped with X-Ray gun, needle detector, hardness measurement tools, salty spray tester and other equipment for various types of testing.
It traces any element of heavy metal in both pre-production material and end products before shipment.
We exam every lot of raw material using Needle Detector to ensure the appropriate purity of brass used for bulk production.
It simulates the end-uses environment under pro-longed contact with salty environment or perspiration.
We exam the hardness of every lot of raw brass before bulk production, to avoid product defects due to inappropriate material hardness.
